The whole refund process left a bad taste in my mouth. It felt a bit like a bait and switch, everything seemed fine when ordering, but once I needed my money back, it became slow and annoying. I had to keep chasing it up, and by the end I was just put off ordering from them again.

I really wanted to be happier with my Guidecraft order, but it just didn’t quite land for me. The product looked great in the pictures, but once it arrived, it didn’t feel as sturdy or high-quality as I expected for what I paid. Shipping also took longer than the estimate, and I mostly had to check on the status myself. Customer service did respond, but the replies were slow and didn’t really clear much up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but let’s just say I’m not rushing to place another order...

I ended up getting the wrong color, which was annoying. I’m not sure how that mix-up happened, but it feels like someone didn’t really check the order before sending it out

Tried shopping like normal, but the filters kept freezing on me. Super annoying. Then checkout messed up twice. Had to go back, try again, wait around. Not a great experience.

The ages listed don’t seem quite right to me. I was expecting them to match up more accurately, but something feels off. It left me a bit unsure and not fully confident in the information.

I bought this Guidecraft piece for my kid’s room, and right away I kind of assumed it would feel solid for the price. But once it was put together, it still rocked a bit even after I tightened everything twice. Maybe I’m being extra cautious, but I just don’t feel comfortable letting my child use it without keeping an eye on them. I expected better quality, honestly. Disappointed.

Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed with the size of the kids item I ordered from Guidecraft. It looked bigger online, but once it arrived, it felt too small and didn’t really fit the space the way I had planned. The quality seems fine overall, but dealing with the sizing was kind of frustrating.

I ordered from guidecraft thinking everything would arrive in time for a gift, and at first I was just trying to be patient. Then the delivery date changed once, okay fine, things happen. But then it changed again with no real update or explanation, and that’s when I got annoyed. It finally showed up, but it was late and kind of messed up the whole plan.

I just needed one simple replacement part, and somehow it turned into this whole annoying process. I couldn’t find it easily on the site, and the info that was there wasn’t super clear either. And then boom, I’m irritated. For what their stuff costs, ordering replacement parts should be way easier. It’s frustrating when one tiny missing piece makes the whole item basically useless

I ordered from guidecraft.com because it sounded like my order would ship within a few days, but that definitely wasn’t the case. It just sat there with barely any updates, and I kept having to check on it myself. When it finally did start moving, it still took longer than I expected. The shipping speed really didn’t match what I thought I was being promised, i’m disappointed. Probably won’t order from them again

I wanted to like it, but the colors kind of clash for me, and the shapes feel dated. Just doesn’t have the fresh look I was hoping for :/

I was shopping around for something for my kid, but the safety info on guidecraft.com just didn’t feel clear enough. I had to dig around for details that should’ve been easy to find, which felt a little ridiculous when it comes to kids’ products. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I didn’t feel confident enough to place an order.

I really thought this would be nicer for what it cost. It looked great in the photos, but in person the wood feels lightweight and a little rough in a few places. Some of the edges weren’t finished very well, and one piece already had a small chip when it arrived. It does the job, I guess, but it just doesn’t feel like something that’s going to hold up for very long... kind of disappointing...

The site felt sluggish. Pages took a while to load, and then trying to find basic product details was just... a lot. Click here, back out, click again. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be
